This is a Christmas gift for my son and daughter in law, who got married over the summer, so it's not displayed yet. The picture and framing turned out beautifully. I'm looking forward to them opening it😊🎄

Your system reset my address to the wrong city and zipcode. I know I entered it correctly on my end because I always triple check since the house is near the county line and has a mailing address different from the physical one, trying to mail to the physical address never works. Unfortunately that is the address your system set it to after the order was placed under the correct one.

When I wrote your customer service to fix the issue they were very curt with me and offered no means for a solution or reimbursement for your mistake. I have ordered frames from your company many times but may refrain from doing so again after this.
