I loved the frame quality package shipping of my purchase. My recent purchase was a very heave and big sized frame. The hanging kit provided was not suitable for that frame. I would have loved if the package had a heavy duty hanging accessory. I had to buy that from outside. Also I would have loved if the joints of the ornate frame was seamless. I had paid a premium price for the frame $230 and would expect the above at the minimum. On a separate note I would love to see ArtToFrame having more mat options such as fabric finish etc. even with all these I am giving 4 stars because everything else in arttoframe is excellent and my previous orders were great
