I bought three of the same frame for a matching set of prints and they were all slightly different colors and textures of wood. The glass on one of them arrived shattered and shipping was delayed for almost a month with no explanation. Customer service was helpful and quick though and the quality of the frames and accuracy of sizing was great " would buy again if I didn't need them to match

About the product:
I am surprised and amazed that you would ship a picture frame that has been assembled with such poor quality. You can see from the picture how the corners do not line up. I have purchased numerous picture frames over my lifetime and have never had assembly like this. I doubt that you would allow this to be shown on your showroom floor. . . . . unless you were selling one offs at a discount. Being on the west coast and the price of the frame, it doesn't make sense to send it back for a replacement. It would cost me too much compared to the value of the frame. I am stuck. Unfortunately, I will need to hang the picture in a location where the frame is less noticeable.
