I bought this frame for my 3ft by 3ft diamond painting. I made it for my brother and he picked out the frame. Cost is reasonable compared to like hobby lobby framing it. I do recommend this product

The orders were here quick. The first order was missing the hanging hooks and those were replaced. One of the glass panes was broken in shipment on the second order. Mary is customer service was great. She processed a replacement pane. Shipment of that has been a bit slower and estimated to be after Christmas and it was a Christmas gift so that is my only thumbs down part of the review but everything else was outstanding…

Two of the three items arrived in poor condition with nicks, marks, and peeling. Hoping to get a replacement but still waiting to hear back.

Good quality, love the size. I ordered a 38 x 11 to fit an oddly sized puzzle. Mounting hardware was provided, so Ive already mounted and hung! Plexiglass had plastic cover on both sides, so no scratches or dirt to clean up.

I like the frame itself and the color is pretty accurate. The plexi-glass may bother some but I didn't need it so I removed it but might not appeal to some looking for that real glass finish. It came boxed nicely but there was some nicks on the corners of the frame. Worth mentioning but not significant enough for me to return or someone to notice unless they are inspecting it for damage. A little upset that I found it after the fact through the manufacturer for $10-15 dollars less than Amazon, I guess that's my fault for not looking closer.

The website is user-friendly. My order came pretty quick. The packaging was very good. The frame and matte was exactly what I wanted and fits perfectly. I'll definitely be back!
