I will begin with the good news....I found the customer service excellent. I had ordered incorrectly to begin with and was able to easily cancel my order and receive a refund and re-order. Very responsive and professional staff!\\r\\n\\r\\nMy frame arrived very well packed so....I was surprised when I found small chips on all sides of the frame. I took a closer look and notice that the chips line up with the metal points that hold the art in place. This would have been exactly what I was looking for if not for the chips. I am an artist and was hoping to purchase more frames but, not sure if my work will sell in frames with so many little chips.

This is a repeat order, with a new design. I enjoy Art to Frame’s custom options where I can design what I need. This time the frame did arrive with a Nick on a bottom edge. Usually the frames show up in perfect shape. The packaging is quite careful. I’m sure I will continue to be a happy customer.
