The frame came packaged very nicely with protective plastic covering all portions of the acrylic and with Styrofoam keeping the edges from becoming chipped. The Styrofoam also had spots to hold the hardware so that it didn't damage the acrylic. Everything came to me with no damage and in perfect condition to mount.
The frame looks great on the wall - looks like something that belongs in an art exhibit and is perfect for framing a picture, print, certificates, or anything else that is thin. The frame is sturdy once it is mounted on the wall, even though it feels flimsy before it is fully assembled. The frame is thin and looks very modern; the acrylic is crystal clear and didn't alter any of the colors of the item it framed.
I only have a small issue with fitment. It has a slight separation in the middle of the frame that wasn't there initially. This gap has shown up over the course of a week after hanging. Because of this gap that appears, the picture within has shifted. I may try double sided tape to keep the picture from sliding and try to remount. Another idea that I had was possibly using small dabs of super glue on the acrylic just to keep it from opening up. If I have to use the super glue, then this becomes a poor purchase that doesn't provide much value for money because I can never change out photos. I'll try the tape first and see how that works.

Love the fact that I can now make my TV look more like a piece of artwork than just another screen on the wall. The antique floral gold frame really elevates the entire room's aesthetic — it gives the Samsung Frame TV that classic picture-frame look I was going for.

Installation was straightforward, and once in place, it completely transformed the vibe of the space. Changing up the frame made it feel like we redecorated without even touching the furniture. If you’re trying to make your living room look more elegant or curated, this is a fantastic upgrade.

Fits my 65-inch 2021 Frame TV perfectly, and I’ve had zero issues. Highly recommend it if you want to blend your tech with your décor.

This felt is exactly what I needed. It is easy to stitch or glue and holds up to the process. Im very pleased with it.

This is the 3rd blind we have purchased for our home because they hold up so well and are easy to lift and lower plus block most of the light. Great option for our guest rooms.
