Ordered a Cherry colored frame recently but received a frame that's dark brown/chocolate colored. The design on the frame itself is not consistent with images in the purchased item. Also, there was not supplies to hang the frame with. The clear acrylic is not clear but white.

Item arrived within about a week. It was packaged securely/no breaks and included parts necessary to hang with wire. I was concerned the frame might split when I installed the hanger but it held up ok! The painted wood looks as expected - though the color is more gold than wood grain as picture displays. This worked ok for me! The item is a bit more delicate than a professional frame job but works great for an odd sized personal painting that I simply wanted to put on the all for a time.
