The frame itself looks fine, but I’m giving it 3 stars because it took me a long time to figure out how to attach the D-rings so I could hang it up. I really wish the product had the D-rings already attached, or came with at least a simple instruction sheet for the hardware part.

These were actually nice frames. Typically I buy these from local stores or even Hobby Lobby to check for quality. We used these for high gloss portraits and they look amazing.

Very nice mat. it arrived quickly and in perfect shape. I will order from them again.

It’s hard to find something that will hold three 8 x 10s. But I wish I’d read the reviews so that I was aware it was made with cheap plastic instead of glass in the frame. It works for what I needed, but probably wouldn’t have purchased if I would’ve known it was plastic.

I was gifted this amazing needlepoint picture of giraffes. I am a little giraffe crazy and was thrilled to have the picture. I just needed a mat to use with a frame I already had. I was delighted with the speed at which I got my order!

When I received this item I was very excited. I ordered 2 lampshades. It took a while to receive them. They were really pretty to look at. One of them came with the pattern upside down on the shade. Because they were so pretty and it took so long to receive them I didn't want to send them back. I peeled the upside-down pattern off the backing and put it on correctly. I put the lampshades on my lamps and after a while the shades started disconnecting from the frame that came with them. I kept reconnecting but I guess the weight of the shade when hung on the lamp gravity kept pulling it from the frame that came with the lamp shade. It was very frustrating. Unfortunately, I cannot keep doing this and will donate them toe Goodwill.
