First, the frame arrived faster than expected. The frame itself was the exact size I needed, all the hardware for hanging was included, however you have to install the hardware yourself. That was not a problem for me. As far as the quality and construction of the frame it was very nice and sturdy, the plexiglass instead of glass is nice since it made the frame lighter.I would definitely order another frame from this seller.

Ordered three white frames for three watercolor commissions. All three had poorly put together joints, one had a scratch. Would like a full refund, or three sent that are perfect.

Great frame! I ordered the Majestic Black for my 55” Samsung Frame TV, and it completely transformed the look. The thick, vintage-style frame adds character and makes the TV look like real artwork. It was easy to assemble and fit perfectly. Very happy with the result!

The color of the frame looked brassy compared to other gold frames I own. I was disappointed in the color. The size was spot on.

Considering that the frame itself costs, probably $10 and the rest of the $54 price tag is shipping - it's a pretty good deal. But I ended-up just throwing it away, as it's as cheaply made as you'd expect for a $10 frame.

Be aware that this measurement is length by width, and that it cannot be used in a landscape view! It was my fault, but I don’t want anybody else to make the same mistake. I eagerly anticipated the arrival, and when it arrived, it looked nice. I diligently cut it to size and when I attempted to put it on the window, I was shocked beyond belief. I am paying for this because they sent me the item, but do not make the mistake that it can be used in anything but a portrait mode I could not return it because I had already begun to try to install it.6
