Super fast shipping and such a beautiful quality mat and frame

I love the matting and frame it matches perfectly with my picture. I got this after I ordered it within three days

My order arrived quickly and securely packed. Nothing had even the tiniest scratch on it. The items were beautiful and exactly as I expected.

I actually don't have a samsung frame tv, but I wanted to try this frame out for my TCL roku tv because it was a more affordable frame option and I didn't see the harm in trying. The sizing is the same and it definitely frames the tv perfectly. It was a little challenging to put together because the little plastic pieces that you hammer into each corner didn't really want to go in. I did get it assembled and all you have to do is place it over the front of your tv and wrap the strap around the back and if it works then it should stay in place. The only thing that would prevent it from working from there, would be if the receiver for the remote was in a place that prevented it from working with the frame in front of it. I really love that the frame comes in a variety of colors and tv sizes. If you've been wanting to add a frame to your tv, but don't have the materials or skills to build one, then maybe try this one out and see if it works for you.

Uploaded a crisp/clear picture. Received stretched canvas picture out of focus. AND the coating was so shiney that normal living room light made picture a mirror. Contacted Amazon, who message directed me straight to Seller. Sent camera picture of item to Seller, taken of item resting on their company's shipping box. Seller sent 3 messages, including a message that they received the picture, but requesting an actual photo of picture. Seller still not recognizing/accepting actual photo taken. This was a waste of money for the unusable picture. AND a waste of time communicating with company for resolution. I would have attached a photo of out of focus picture to this review, but Amazon insists on total access to all photos, related or not. Not doing that.

Colors and pattern are exactly as expected per the online catalog. Very pleased with the product and the custom size order delivery. The frame came sooner than expects.

Wonderfully made, accurately sized and a great value! It is easy to put in the picture. The frame beautifully accents the print and provides protection.

Some damage on the rear of the frame but otherwise good condition
