Frame arrived damage, the back wood was splintering, and the acrylic is cracked. My only option is to find a new box and return it, I should just be refunded entirely or a new product shipped out.

Very nice frame! Love the fact that I found a 6 picture frame with 8 x 10 openings! Well made and sturdy. Has plexiglass instead of regular glass which make it lighter weight for hanging! Plexiglass had plastic covering that needed to be pealed off prior to use to prevent scratches. Came with pre cut double mat. Great packaging -very well protected during shipping!

Absolute trash... Very britle and breaks easy. Make sure you check it for damages and/or defects imediately after delivery. I unfortunately did not inspect mine and left it in the box until needing to use it. Part of the frame crumbled apart after taking it out the box.

Real wood, light weight, and came in with materials for hanging it on the wall. Also, it arrived earlier than expected, with no damage. ??????????

This picture frame was a huge disappointment. The build quality is extremely poor, with flimsy materials that feel like they could break at any moment. The corners were not aligned properly, and it arrived with visible scratches and defects. It looks nothing like the listing photos. Definitely not worth the money, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Excellent quality

Was unsure on choosing a company to print my large photo on metal. This one was superb! Packaged perfectly, back frame on spot, and best of all….. AWESOME printing job. Very highly recommended. Great price too!

This is the second frame I purchased and I'm so happy with each one. I love how much I can customize the frame to make it work for what ever I need. The turn around time is fast and everything is packaged so well it arrives in perfect condition. I love that it's made in the USA too.
