I ordered a custom-sized frame to fit my TV, and the whole experience went above my expectations.
I emailed customer service to adjust the size (*my fault, I didn't read the description fully), and they emailed back to confirm with no hassle at all.
The frame arrived quickly, and packaged very securely. I was surprised to see it made of real wood, unlike other discount frame sites I've used in the past. I modified it for my specific project, and it fits perfectly.
