I loved it. I am very happy with my painting.

I cannot comprehend how this $50.00 + piece of junk can be legal sold. The item arrived with all sides of the frame detached and secured with undersized staples in an oversized box with NO packing materials (ie. bubble wrap) to buffer it. If this is an example of "American Craftsmanship "...........then America is cooked!

Quality control not checked before shipping. The plexiglass came scratched. Very disappointing as this is a large item to return.

Ordered this 14x32 frame. When it came the art didn’t fit inside. I measured the frame and it’s 16x34. And when I tried returning I couldn’t because it’s a third party seller. Super annoying don’t buy.

This frame is beautiful and perfect. Well made and sturdy. Packaging was well done, you don't have to worry about it breaking, which I was worried. I had no need to worry about it breaking during shipping as they did their job well in packaging. I won't hesitate to buy from them again.

Buyer beware!!!! Took this item out of the undamaged box, held the frame up and it had a 1-2” gap from the plexiglass, in other words once you frame an item and hung it on the wall the frame at the bottom had a swag where items that your framed (such as a puzzle) fell out! I’m ok with product defects BUT when I returned the item I got hit with a $40 return fee! Not only poor quality and craftsmanship but poor customer service, what a disgrace of a company!!!!
