Excellent and good custom framing product

TERRIBLE product. Wood is CHEAP and not even glass-PLASTIC. Sent WRONG COLOR MATTING!! Suppose to be AMBER, but received ORANGE!!!

It arrived well wrapped and protected . It was what we wanted!

Packaged well for shipping. Scratches on parts of the woodwork. Lightweight frame.

This is my second custom frame and I continue to highly recommend. Great quality, easy measurements, and looks great!

A good frame makes all the difference. 11 dollars at Wal Mart can get you "a frame" but unless you are a college student in 1992 it's going to look cheap and tacky.

My office at home has 16 pieces on the wall and 14 of them are Art to Frames frames. Best option I've found!

I needed an odd size frame for a painting and this worked great for it. The blue color is a good medium blue and looks really nice with the blue in my painting.

Overall, pleased with the outcome. I'd give it a 2.5 out of 5 stars (There's no half star option, so I rounded up, but perhaps I'm being generous and should've rounded down). The gold frame itself felt a little chintzy in my hands. The corners already had chips in them on the sides before I even had the chance to add the art and put it on the wall. I don't know if this was from getting tossed around during shipping or if it happened during the frame's construction. The mat job wasn't measured perfectly, so some of the image got cropped more than it should (it's supposed to be 7" x 5.5", and it's not: It's more like 6.75" x 5.25," so some of the art gets lost, but I guess it's not the end of the world). If you get up close and personal with it, you can see cut marks in the corners of the white mat part. Last thing (related to the frame job)... the backing is really cheap cardboard. I thought maybe the backing might still be in the box somewhere, but when I went to reinvestigate, there were no more pieces. The frame ended up being around $75 (before the Super Bowl discount)... it seems kinda pricy for the end result. It's a relatively small frame. My final qualm is related to shipping. I requested texting updates at 8AM, and I never got a final "this item has been delivered" notification. I got an "Arriving Today..." text notification at 10:57AM, but that's the last text I got. I waited around all day when the tracking link said it was "out for delivery," but it never said it was officially "delivered". My building is notorious for theft, so I took it upon myself to go check in the evening (around 6:30PM), even though I clicked *refresh,* and it still said "out for delivery". I felt lucky that it didn't get stolen and wondered how long it had been sitting there. I just clicked on the tracking number again (after midnight), and it now says "Package delivered at 6:06PM" with a photo, but my phone (still) never got a text notification... and I know for a fact I refreshed the tracking # link at 6:30PM before going down to check the mail, and it said "out for delivery" at the time. Anyway, aside from those issues, I [again] am mostly happy with the outcome. I like my triple mat choice. It really makes the art pop. I just wish the frame quality was better and was miffed about the shipping updates (or lack thereof).
