In this review I’m rating it low because of the return policy. The fram was fine but did not work with ones I had that why I returned it. The return policy does not tell you that there is a restocking fee. I knew I had to pay for the return. So note to self I will not order anything that charges you to return cause it seems that when this happens they charge a restocking fee and they don’t tell you. Plus it’s just a frame how hard is it to put it back on the shelf? Really?!

Beautiful frame.

Nice frame itself, but the remainder is fairly cheesy for the money - cardboard backing w/little metal fold tabs and a plastic insert instead of glass. I realize they state this, however, I expected better for this price.

The frame is beautiful and the packing was excellent.

I just received the package and it has a shoe print on the box... Someone smashed it and broke everything inside. Ridiculous...

This is a real quality picture frame. Very happy with my purchase. Shipping was faster than expected.

I had purchased this same product previously for the 16x27 size and it fit what I needed exactly but upon purchasing the exact same size again, it ended up being completely off. I already threw away all the boxes and peeled off the stickers because I assumed it would be the same! Now I’m not sure if I can even get a full refund back.
