The window film is beautiful and definitely keeps out the bright sun when needed. It wasn't difficult to install once I got it cut to the right size.

The acrylic came timely and nicely packaged.
In terms of quality, it is okay; there is still noticeable reflection compared to my other acrylic, which is of gallery-grade quality.
I wouldn't buy Replacement Tru Vue Reflection Control Acrylic again at this price. I prefer to pay a bit more to get a masterpiece or gallery-grade acrylic glass.

The price is too good to be true. The company sent us the incorrect color. It was a very dark gray color and obviously not this warm muted silver. The compant also charged us a crazy amount of fees for returning it. DO NOT buy from this company.

The color shown in the product photos is very inaccurate. The product photos show a faded pale blue, but the actual frame is a darker sapphire blue.

This frame clicks into place easily and instantly upgrades the look of the TV. The silver finish looks sleek and blends with different room styles. It makes the Frame TV feel like real art.

Needed to return due to inaccurate size description my picture is 13.5x27.5 but the frame was 1 inch too large on all sides? but I unfortunately did not keep the massive flat box… After initiating my return, I was told I would need to provide a box, however, due to its unique size a custom box at UPS in California currently cost the same amount as the item I was seeking to return…. Only to get 85% refund due to restocking fee… it ended up being easier to find a picture that fit and reordering a different size

Good frame for the money.
Only caveat is opening is a bit smaller than listed size. Listed size is of the mat board behind the frame. About .5" border of art is lost to frame covering it. In other words the 20x20 frame is really a 19.6x19.6 opening.

Wanted a frame for a cute puzzle I put together...perfect color to complement the puzzle.

Arrived sooner than expected and was of better quality than other online stores.

My set is 2 years old & is holding up beautifully! We live in NY & plastic grocery bags are illegal. I bought a set of these to use in place of grocery bags and they work perfectly. The leather handles are a beautiful touch and have held up well even with heavy loads. Highly recommend & would buy again if needed.
