I absolutely love this frame first of all. The color is great, it looks so nice on the wall and isn't super thick/bulky while still feeling stable! It was SO HARD to find a frame for my Le Puzz puzzles as they are a bit of a unique size, other 24x30 frames were not true to size and a bit small. This frame actually has all the true measurements and it fits perfectly. Could not be happier, will definitely be ordering again!

The glass has a chip in it! I’m not happy at all! Also it says it would fit an 8x10 picture with the mat & it’s too big! So stupid!? The second frame I just opened is also damaged! It has a crack on the corner of the frame! What a waste of money! Almost $50 & another $14 to ship them! Plus tax! Don’t waste your money buy from another company!

Does not look like wood . Looks and feels like plastic .Color not like the picture . Disappointing .

Frame is nice but received with small broken piece however I was able to use it and stick that piece in not noticeable

My biggest gripe is this is NOT glass, as described. I read the reviews where other had said the same, but I went by the description instead. I was going to return it but I'm just going to buy glass for it. Other than that, it's okay, not great. Doesn't feel like wood, but apparently is because I got a splinter.

I was considering this frame for weeks and finally pulled the trigger. I ordered on a Sunday night and received it on Wednesday with normal shipping. Super quick! I was also really impressed with how well it was packed to ensure no damage during shipping. Also the black frame itself is great. My odd sized (13x17) Knicks print fit perfectly. Love it so much. I highly recommend this company and frame.
