I collect classic Grateful Dead art and concert poster bills. The earlier bills from the late 60 are often very unique sizes making it a bit more difficult to find premade frames most stores. I really enjoy being able to call in and get exactly what I looking for to be able to display my collection. This is a solidly built, hefty MDF frame wrapped with a black covering, though I'm not sure it's superior in appearance or function to less weighty or pricey plastic versions. The hanger hardware must be installed by the buyer, which requires drilling holes in the MDF for the mounting screws. The enclosed hardware packet was missing one of the hanger loops, which made it essentially useless without jerry-rigging a replacement. Plus -- the frame arrived two days later than promised. Not the best experience.

The frame is great, its thick and a good fit, true to measurements, the plexiglass is thin and cheap. The color is consistent. Removed Star: Mounting hardware was not pre-installed, there are no guide holes and the wire did not include crimps. For those who do not know, you cannot tie a knot in wire. Removed Star: Plexi-glass scratches easily and will not apply adequate pressure to make certain that any flaw in the canvas/print flattens out. If I had a reasonable alternative for a print in this size I would be returning.

Wrong dimensions, very basic, self install hanging hardware. Not worth the money.
