I have to give it a 4.8 out of 5 stars. Fit and condition are very good. My puzzle is slightly undersized from the advertised dimensions so it fit the frame fine. There is a slight gap at the top where it probably slipped down when hung on the wall. If it bothers me, I can put filler in the gap. For now, I am not worrying about it. The frame is pressed paper with black exterior - it is not wood though it is not an expensive frame. If this was fine art, I would get a better frame with glass. Not a huge deal unless it gets wet. The main reason I am giving it a 4.8 rating was for the mounting hardware. It comes with two hangers to mount on the frame as well as two wall inserts. It also has a bubble level (nice touch), 4 rubber bumpers and two white plastic mystery pieces. There are 6 screws for the hardware, 4 for the frame holders and two for the wall inserts. The problem is that the heads on the wall insert screws are too large for the frame hangers. You will either need to find other screws (which I did) or grind the diameter of the screw head to fit. Slightly frustrating but corrected with 5 minutes of digging in the garage.

I absolutely love this frame first of all. The color is great, it looks so nice on the wall and isn't super thick/bulky while still feeling stable! It was SO HARD to find a frame for my Le Puzz puzzles as they are a bit of a unique size, other 24x30 frames were not true to size and a bit small. This frame actually has all the true measurements and it fits perfectly. Could not be happier, will definitely be ordering again!

The frame arrived in perfect condition which isn't surprising considering how it was packaged. This company does an excellent job of protecting their product. The frame is beautiful and I am extremely happy with it.

I thought I ordered right but I must not have. My Pic is 13x19 but the mat is about an inch too wide. Probably my fault. I probably should have gone local for my project.

Only order if you are sure it is exactly what you want. This is not real wood - it is flimsy thin frame. Returning it is not possible. The shipping to return it is not covered by Amazon return policy and costs more than the product. I was told $170 to return it thru UPS. And the company said it would cost me $57 to return thru them. So basically wasted $60 for a product I can’t use. They need to state that the shipping is not covered!!!!

Nice and sturdy photo frame for diamond paintings

The glass has a chip in it! I’m not happy at all! Also it says it would fit an 8x10 picture with the mat & it’s too big! So stupid!? The second frame I just opened is also damaged! It has a crack on the corner of the frame! What a waste of money! Almost $50 & another $14 to ship them! Plus tax! Don’t waste your money buy from another company!
