Disappointed. Frame dimensions were unclear. Some frame dimensions are the entire frame, some are the inner dimensions. I chose incorrectly, tried to return. The return would cost me over $25.00 so I guess I'm keeping it (reluctantly)

Mat dimensions are not true to measure! Doesn't fit inside the same manufacturer's frame! Had to trim 1/4 (enough of an error to indicate a poor initial cut) so it wouldn't buckle in the frame. The stars are for the packaging. *That* is sensational!

Don’t be fooled by the natural/ real wood look in the picture that they advertise. Read the description. It is particle board/pressed wood with a contact paper wood grain wrap. That said quality is good for the actual materials used.

It’s gorgeous and not overbearing. It compliments my painting perfectly. Not heavy either. 16x20 and was way to install the painting, it fit tight.

Arrived in perfect condition, perfectly packed to prevent damage. A very high-quality mat.

Very impressed with quality of frame. The light oak was a nice color and just what I was looking for. I originally ordered the wring size and seller was very easy to work with.

Overpriced for the quality. Don't order this for this price.

Cut very poorly, dos not fit an 11/14 frame. I tried three different frames.

I just purchased this to put 3 watercolor paintings with Bible verses. It looks gorgeous. The double matted frame looks very good and really sets off the paintings. I think the quality is excellent for the money. To get the frame, double matting and the plexiglass for $60 is a bargain. Like some reviewers, I would have preferred glass but it looks great anyway. I debated between French Creme and Alabaster because they were similar hue, but opted for French Creme, which is lovely. Packing & Shipping were excellent. Very happy with this purchase.
