I ordered a large frame that arrived poorly packaged (unwrapped/unprotected/unsecured and fully exposed in a box that was larger than the frame) and I immediately saw upon opening the box that the frame was scratched and scuffed in several places. I reported it to Art to Frame immediately and they offered to issue a partial credit for a return only, and they stated that they were unable to offer a refund or process a return due to the condition of the item. A dispute was reported to my bank who is now investigating the company for a fraudulent charge/product.

I returned mine I did not like the quality of this item. Also make sure if you purchase , you do not plan on returning because you get charged a restock fee and also another shipping fee.

This a finely machined engineered wood and wood grained vinyl print wrapped frame. What really downgrades this product is the back of the frame requires you to remove stapled tabs to remove the backing to install your picture. Then you have to reinstall the tabs which may beyond many people’s ability to do. Add to that you have to install the hanging hardware. I completed the task easily but this may be beyond many people’s abilities to complete. I would not recommend for anyone that doesn’t do “assembly required “.

The first frame had a crack but the company made it right quickly. I would recommend their products and appreciate their customer service.

The Box arrived like it went 9 rounds with UPS' Heavy weight champion. The frame however do to its excellent packaging arrived unharmed and looks great

It turned out so nice! I had no issues with it. It came in one piece, nothing broken or frayed. I would recommend!

Not impressed with this frame. Because it was a "made in the USA" frame I anticipated a higher quality frame, but it is of the same cheap quality that you can find at your local crafting stores. The material it is made of is very soft and mine came scratched or indented, so it was returned for refund.

If I didn’t actually need this for a memorial, I would have sent it back. Completely disgusted with the price. This vendor just made a 500% profit. Unpainted backing, lightweight proving to be cheap wood, plexiglass, and rinky dink tabs to hold in the picture. Shame on me for NOT ordering from TEMU, at least the price would have matched the product.
