My favorite band is a band from Japan called HANABIE。and every time I do a Meet & Greet with them, I always get a signed poster that I MUST frame in a beautiful frame! 😍 Same thing with the big tour posters and the bonus posters that I get from ordering their newest CDs from certain retailers. Every time I need a frame for my HANABIE。posters, I love ordering from ArtToFrames because there's a ton of color options, basically infinite sizing options, and very reasonable pricing for the type of business they run! 😎 I love it when I get the 10% off coupons in my email about every second order I place. Those really make me feel like a valued customer even though I've never spoke with an employee at ArtToFrames. As long as I live in the USA, I'll keep ordering my frames like I always have! 💯

Site is poorly designed with little user support; Site drops loaded data whenever one looks back -- Site does not remember inputs i; Payment system fails to inform user that a no checkout zip code may differ from one input to final check out, where error is then unseen but blocks checking out.. In addition, the MAJOR ISSUEs and reasons for this review are that 1) the order was placed and was charged and email reported as Standard shipping (indicated as two days processing), but your system has
the order "on hold" indicating free but much delayed shipping; and 2) support is 9-5 Eastern time, which is way to early for workers in the US East and impossible for those in later US time zones PLUS open only to 3 on Friday and closed on Weekends. Obviously you do not really care about your customers support. . Let's see if this order is completed and the Standard Shipping charge returned..

I have 4 artists in the family, have used you frequently earlier, and would like to continue. Great frame product and selection, but you need to deliver the full package of support online and in person. Were you sold to the Chinese?

For the price your charging it could be it wider the picture was very deceiving

Finally found a place with the right size frame for an odd sized print. Frame looks good except it arrived with the four corners slightly damaged. Color looks a little darker in person. Happy to get the frame to fit this size print

Art to Frames is incredible. I was worried about colors not matching the website, but everything was exactly the same tone and hue as seen online. Packaged very well and arrived within a week! This was my first time framing a large poster by myself and I couldn't be more happy with the way it turned out. I will be using this company for many years to come! Absolutely zero complaints!
