A good quality frame at a good price

It is well constructed, heavy, and easy to put together. Not inexpensive, but worth the price.

Good product but if your puzzle does not fit, they will not give you a full refund. I paid $42 and they charged me $11 dollars for the return shipping and then $8 for return fees. Lost $20 just because their product did not fit my puzzle. Just a heads up as it would have been helpful to know how they steal your money prior to ordering the product.

I am extremely happy with the ArtToFrames 20x20 Dark Gold with Beads Wood Picture Frame. The dark gold finish has an elegant, classic look. The 20x20 size fit my canvas perfectly, making it look like a professional gallery piece. Highly recommended for anyone looking to display photos, artwork.

Good quality but expect some assembly as hanging wire is not attached. Though this has the upside of hanging in any direction.

Frame is very nice. Make sure you understand the sizing instructions because a return comes with deductions. My first frame return cost me half of what I paid for the original total, which included shipping. The replacement reorder worked well but I had to trim my art a bit to fit, but I expected I would have to cut.

Diploma fits perfectly

The most expensive frame because it was too difficult to locate this size in local stores. This size photos is hard to find a frame for. But it is very beautiful.

I bought the black 25x38 frame for my husband’s photo/sign that was used at his funeral. Unfortunately the acrylic front was cracked in 2 places. It seemed to have been packed well enough for shipping so I’m not sure how or when it was damaged. I noticed it when I was peeling off the protective film. I took photos and sent to the seller. I only asked for that piece to be replaced as I saw no need in returning the entire item. They responded immediately with an automated response to let me know the message was received and they would be in contact. They sent me a message stating they were sending out a new acrylic front cover. It was so simple and they were so quick to accommodate. I really appreciate a company that stands behind their product. Thank you for your great customer service and if I need another frame I will be buying from this company! The frame is sturdy, looks really nice not cheap at all and once I get the front I will proudly use it for my husband’s photo.
