Absolutely not worth the price. Lightweight “wood” extremely thin and warped acrylic. Very very cheap looking. Will not order from ArtToFrames again. This is my second experience with them, and my last. The first four frames I ordered were beat up and completely unusable upon delivery. They get one star for refunding my money on that order. Very poor quality!

Frame was nice looking, advertised as 28x42 inch picture frame. The frame measurement is actually 30.50 x 44.75. BUT 28x42 as advertised is actually the IMAGE size so it was too large for the area. Trying to return it to ArtToFrames CT. Cost of my return (not covered by Amazon) was quoted as $171 at UPS, cost of the picture frame was $145. I would also potentially have a 20% restocking fee added to the $145. Be very wary of items not being covered for return and the outside frame size is not as posted it is the image size. Needless to say I kept the frame, now must locate someone that can cut it down - more expense.!

First off, these frame were packed really well and glass survived the shipping. The wood frame itself is high quality and perfect fit for my 10x20 digital art prints. I would say that the price paid was worth every penny. Frames do not feel cheap and are durable. As an interior designer, I often use downloadable print art from willow plus bleu studio on Etsy to use as recommendations to clients. These frames certainly accentuate the print quality of whatever piece you are trying to hang on a wall. Highly recommend Art to Fames.

Perfect for wallet size school pictures!

The front of the frame is of good quality and exactly what I expected. It was packed so securely that there was very little danger of damage during shipping. One caveat is that there is no hanging hardware pre-installed. It came with a separate sawtooth metal strip that we had to tap into place ourselves, which requires 2 people and some finesse to guarantee that it is placed accurately without damaging the frame.

I've ordered many times from Art to Frame and never had an issue with quality. The product image on the website appeared to be a medium matte grey, but this frame is a light silver color. The corners have loose joints, showing a gap at each corner. There's also a chip near one of the corners (see photo).

Disappointed. Frame dimensions were unclear. Some frame dimensions are the entire frame, some are the inner dimensions. I chose incorrectly, tried to return. The return would cost me over $25.00 so I guess I'm keeping it (reluctantly)

Mat dimensions are not true to measure! Doesn't fit inside the same manufacturer's frame! Had to trim 1/4 (enough of an error to indicate a poor initial cut) so it wouldn't buckle in the frame. The stars are for the packaging. *That* is sensational!
