It was my mistake and I ordered a frame that was 1/2 inch to small. I called into for refund. Customer Service was very receptive and offered a discount if I re-ordered the right sized frame and let me keep the other one. The only complaint is that it had to be "supervisor" approved and took 2 extra days. Anyway, not complaining just wanted to leave an accurate review.

Great frames and well made!

When paying for wire, hooks, and nails installed, I would expect the wire to be strung too and not just the hooks.

I've ordered three so far and have been please each time with the results.

Exactly what I needed

I purchased a black and cherry for two 19.75x26.75 inches which puzzles and the frames are almost a quarter inch short. You have to pay for return shipping which is around $25 so I haven’t decided if I’m going to return them. They are nice frames, but off on their measurements. Maybe I can cut the puzzle down…

Recently ordered a bunch of frames. The frames themselves were gorgeous, but one arrived broken. It was incredibly difficult to contact the company. 1) The online request form was malfunctioning, 2) I couldn't get anyone on the phone and their hold only lets you stay on the line for five minutes before it kicks you off, so it took me about 30 min of calling back over and over again to get someone on the phone, 3) when I finally did get someone on the phone, they told me I needed to email pictures of the damage, and it took them three days to respond to those emails. So overall, pretty, yes, would buy again, yes, but customer service was kind of a nightmare
