These guys are great. Excellent website that is easy to use. There is a huge variety of frames and mattes. They can print any size photograph unlike other sites that will crop your photo to fit their frames. They pack it up really well and ship it out quickly. Plus, they have very fair pricing. What's not to like?

True to description, but feels cheaply made. I used this in a child’s room and it did exactly what I needed it to do, but the quality is not 5 stars.

The product was delivered in a timely fashion. However, it was not the right fit for my frame. They charged me $19.46 of $33.79 for the product to return It. Not happy.

Process to order my frame was quite easy. Putting the poster in and installing the hanging hardware is very simple, although it helps that I have worked on many frames before (no instructions were included). My credit card was charged twice; I have called and left messages twice asking for refund - NO RESPONSE. They need better customer service.
