Very happy with my purchase! I picked this frame to fit the mood of the painting, and it was a great choice. The frame quality is very nice, and it arrived much sooner than I had expected!

Happy with the process of ordering overall, although the website did glitch when I went to check out. I do feel the estimaed shipping time was off from what the checkout page quoted.

Horrible return way too small

The wood started cracking off as I opened the box. The frame looks aesthetically nice, but the quality is complete garbage

The quality of the frame was excellent and thebstyle was very nice. I don't believe I received the sawtooth with mine... I had my own hanging hardware anyway but I will say it was extremely difficult to attach. I wish it came with the hanger already on it. Other than that I am really happy with the look of it!

Really great quality frame for the price. It’s lightweight enough but also sturdy.

Really disappointed in this purchase. First, it was shipped with no packing materials whatsoever and it arrived scratched and dinged. Second, the mat is cut too big. I triple-measured my photos because they're weird sizes and these openings are all too big. SO frustrating. Third, the description is misleading. I thought each photo would have a nice black outline like the images show. Instead, they give you 2 mats and expect you to perfectly align your photos so they have a perfectly even black border. And since the mat is cut too big, I literally can't do that. I was excited when I ordered this. A custom item from a family business? Say less! But instead, this frame cost MORE than the mass-produced crap you get at Hobby Lobby, yet is LOWER quality. So, not sturdy. Not a good value. No protection whatsoever. The family vacation souvenir photos I've been so excited to hang will have to wait longer...

I am very pleased with the frame I ordered for the most recent mixed-media painting I did. It compliments the painting without overpowering it, echoing the brown in the split-rail fence. The frame was packaged very well and arrived without a scratch. In mere minutes the painting was in the frame and up on the wall.
