This is a lovely frame. It’s just too big for the picture we bought.

I like the frame. Very well made and it is glass not plexiglass. The only thing I don't like is it doesn't come with the sawtooth metal pieces needed to hang it. It would be sooooo much nicer if it had the sawtooth hangers attached both horizontal and vertical.

I am very impressed with this frame; well made, with everything needed to get the job done. It's sturdy and beautiful, perfect fit! I would definitely buy it again when the need arises.

Your system reset my address to the wrong city and zipcode. I know I entered it correctly on my end because I always triple check since the house is near the county line and has a mailing address different from the physical one, trying to mail to the physical address never works. Unfortunately that is the address your system set it to after the order was placed under the correct one.

When I wrote your customer service to fix the issue they were very curt with me and offered no means for a solution or reimbursement for your mistake. I have ordered frames from your company many times but may refrain from doing so again after this.

Great quality bulletin board. I got a second one for my younger daughter after I saw how great the quality was. Much much better than the cheap store brand! Definitely worth the investment. The hanging hardware (and leveler) were a. Great bonus too.

Terrible customer service. The product was poor quality and when I tried to return it, they wouldn’t cover the cost of shipping it back and tried to give me a partial refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

Welp, as luck would have it, I have a beautiful frame. Real wood. Excellent craftsmanship. Great color. However I finally got around to putting it on and I cracked my TV while moving it on my own like I was still 26 or something. It looked absolutely marvelous for a few moments. My one complaint is the banding in the paint job.

Not true to size. No matter how I measure it. The thing I bought it for will not fit. And I allowed 1 inch wiggle room on each side. If measured inside to inside of frame it is not 14x21 and if measured outside of frame to outside its not 14x21. It is smaller.
