Your system reset my address to the wrong city and zipcode. I know I entered it correctly on my end because I always triple check since the house is near the county line and has a mailing address different from the physical one, trying to mail to the physical address never works. Unfortunately that is the address your system set it to after the order was placed under the correct one.

When I wrote your customer service to fix the issue they were very curt with me and offered no means for a solution or reimbursement for your mistake. I have ordered frames from your company many times but may refrain from doing so again after this.

Excellent frames. Arrived super quick and and quality is well worth the money.

I expected this frame would be made out wood and not particle board. Although my print looks good. I expected a better product for the supposedly custom made frame. I tried lifting it out the box and it felt flimsy, like it wanted to come apart, so I hurried up and grab it from the sides.

Perfect for displaying a child's first birthday. This is the second one I bought.

The glass was very crooked and uneven. I was able to sand it down with a dremmal tool though so it still fit the frame i needed it for.

Very happy with the frame I ordered it's just the right scale and simplicity to go with the holiday art I placed inside of it. It was very simple to add the artwork and looks perfect as the focal point on the fireplace mantel for the holiday season.
