I've never ordered a custom frame before, and ArtToFrame made it so easy. I checked out a number of websites before buying, and this was by far the easiest to use and easiest to understand so I could be sure to order correctly. I did have one measurement question which I sent before I ordered, and they replied promptly with just the information I needed. I am so happy with the results! It was packed amazingly well, arrived way ahead of the estimate, feels so sturdy and high quality, and I am confident that the archival materials will preserve the art for a long time to come. Well worth the cost and I will definitely be back for more of my specialized needs.

As an artist, this is my go to frame when I need something quick but quality that can go in any exhibition. Ive ordered 10+ times and never disappoints.

I chose my frame and went through their check out process, I paid the total amount and received my order confirmation. The next day Art To Frames called me insisting that I owed an additional $11 for the frame I had purchased the day before! I didn't feel like I could trust them and I canceled my order immediately, buyer beware.

This was the perfect look and price point for a concert poster. It looks great and shipped fast. You do have to screw in hooks to the frame, but they went in easily and didn't require more than a screwdriver.

These frames were exactly what I was looking for. However, when I opened the first one, I noticed the black color had an uneven shine to it at the corners - probably because adhesive had leaked out and caused the finish to look different there. As I was examining closer, I ended up getting black all over my hands and clothing. Not sure if some kind of filler was used to cover up an uneven corner, or maybe that defect just picked up extra paint. The frame is usable, but that was frustrating. The other two matching frames had similar issues at the corners but they were less noticeable. Packaging and shipping was good, but expensive.
