Horrible / trash do not buy / customer service is no help / will not honor warranty

Interaction with customer service has been very positive. They are prompt to respond and implement a solution to the situation at hand. I have ordered 10 frames with mats both single and double. I am satisfied with all items received. I will return to them if I need additional custom frames.

One item was missed. I ordered wire & hooks to be installed for landscape orientation. Half the job was completed, the hooks were installed but no wire. Plus, the hooks were placed too high on the frame, the top of the picture frame hook shows. I believe the hooks are supposed to be installed 1/3rd of the total measurement from the top. The frame measures 18.5 inches and the hooks were installed 3 inches from the top. Otherwise, the product was fine, looks great.

Great frame that can be made to any custom size. A little disappointed that some of the paint on the frame smeared while setting up.

This is our second order with A2F and we will most certainly be customers again! Thoughtfully and securely packed and arrived in perfect condition!
