Site is poorly designed with little user support; Site drops loaded data whenever one looks back -- Site does not remember inputs i; Payment system fails to inform user that a no checkout zip code may differ from one input to final check out, where error is then unseen but blocks checking out.. In addition, the MAJOR ISSUEs and reasons for this review are that 1) the order was placed and was charged and email reported as Standard shipping (indicated as two days processing), but your system has
the order "on hold" indicating free but much delayed shipping; and 2) support is 9-5 Eastern time, which is way to early for workers in the US East and impossible for those in later US time zones PLUS open only to 3 on Friday and closed on Weekends. Obviously you do not really care about your customers support. . Let's see if this order is completed and the Standard Shipping charge returned..

I have 4 artists in the family, have used you frequently earlier, and would like to continue. Great frame product and selection, but you need to deliver the full package of support online and in person. Were you sold to the Chinese?

I bought frames in two sizes. 22x31 frame fits a 22x31 item, with about .25 inch around hidden by frame, as advertised. In other words, approximately 21.5x30.5 is viewable. Perfect fit for my 22x31 print.The 14x20 frame however, would fit a 14.5x20.5 item, with 14x20 viewable. My image is 13.5x29.5. I was counting on the frame covering the difference, based on the description. I will need to get a piece of matboard to fit behind so the gap is not visible.Measurements advertised are not consistent across various sizes. Is it the print size or the viewable size? They sounded the same but were not. Also, the smaller frame only includes a tap-in hanger. I will be using one that nails in for more security.The size discrepancy is the main reason I did not rate the 14x20 as 5 stars. These are much less expensive than frame shops or hobby stores for odd size prints.

There is no hardware to hang it. My husband removed one from another picture frame.

Very high quality, worked perfectly, color was spot on, and the craftsmanship was great.

Frame was delivered earlier than expected. Arrived damage free. Perfect fit!

Measuring and spatial visualization are not my strong suits, but I thought I would give it a try. The frame I chose arrived carefully packed. The item I wanted to frame, a watercolor my daughter did 40 years ago of a former home, had to be cut from its mat, and my husband helped. The frame fit! the hanging kit that was included with the frame was easy to use. Now every day I can enjoy seeing this safely preserved picture, which I cherish.

I expected this to look or feel cheap given the huge size and reasonable price, but it is lovely! Totally high- end look and true to size.

This is a beautiful frame I just thought I jot the one with a Matt so now I need to get a picture Matt but I’m very happy with it
