ArtToFrames quickly helped me correct an order when I measured incorrectly. The website was easy to use, and customer support was very responsive, canceling the first order and allowing me to reorder within a couple of hours.

Your system reset my address to the wrong city and zipcode. I know I entered it correctly on my end because I always triple check since the house is near the county line and has a mailing address different from the physical one, trying to mail to the physical address never works. Unfortunately that is the address your system set it to after the order was placed under the correct one.

When I wrote your customer service to fix the issue they were very curt with me and offered no means for a solution or reimbursement for your mistake. I have ordered frames from your company many times but may refrain from doing so again after this.

We ordered a custom sized frame for a painting we'd had commissioned of the Uffington Horse. It's a very large piece. The frame and mat were exactly as expected and arrive very quickly and well packed. We're so glad we ordered from Art to Frames for our special piece of art.

This is my go to company for uv resistant glass. The glaze preserves my pressed flower projects and keeps the colours vibrant. I love the quality!

I expected this frame would be made out wood and not particle board. Although my print looks good. I expected a better product for the supposedly custom made frame. I tried lifting it out the box and it felt flimsy, like it wanted to come apart, so I hurried up and grab it from the sides.

Perfect for displaying a child's first birthday. This is the second one I bought.
