I will not be doing business with your company again, It has been over a week since I received a damaged shipment. I have provided photos of the damage as requested. To date, I have not had ANY communication or follow-up from your office. I will posting reports of this lousy customer experience on social media to prevent others from similar debacles with your company.

Bought 4 to display signed cds and they look great! They’re sturdy. I did spray paint and cut a different cardboard backing for the look I wanted but that’s a me thing.

I love how the frames showcase my Diamond Arr. I have two more frames on route for my next two projects !

I ordered two panels. One was fine but the other was all unfinished rough edges on all the ruffles. I’ve contacted their customer support. Will update once I have heard back. Quality control would have prevented this. Every single edge was like this.

Awesome! Picture frame definitely fits the diamond painting that I needed it for, but I do wish that it came with at least one border to make it fit a little nicer. But I'm just glad I finally found a picture frame that will fit it! I can make a border myself if I need to. It's not a big deal.

Matting leaves a little to be desired, tricky to get it positioned correctly and disappointed the hanging equipment wasn't pre-installed.

Quick shipping and well wrapped. Love how the frames look and couldn't be happier with the quality.
