The frames I have received from Art to Frame have been great. They are exactly what I expected. Some of them were a bit dirtier than I expected, but they cleaned up easily and work great. They make my projects look amazing.

I ordered frames to use in my art show and they are great! Everyone was very complimentary of how the frames looked.

Had these 2 photos printed and framed by Art To Frames to hang at a local restaurant . They came out perfectly. I am so happy that they frame the picture also so I didn't have to put the print in the frame.

I love these frames! I love doing puzzles, and I buy these frames so I can glue them and hang them in my closet to enjoy. The frames are lovely and add a lot to my puzzles and my closet!

I've been a customer of Art to Frames for years. They are my go to for framing. The delivery is always quick and the games a and glass always are in good condition. Excellent packing! Sometimes the mats are cut a bit on the large size but if you are using super white as your color, that's not such a problem due to the backing. They are great to work with in special orders too!

I have been a customer for a couple years now. The frames are solid, true to size, and have the hanging hardware already attached - which is so appreciated! I have two suggestions to make this product better:
1. use more care placing the felt bumpers. They are applied sloppily - they block putting the art and glass into the frame and often they overlap the outside of the frame. I have to trim them all the time.
2. The last two sets of mats I ordered looked like they were done by an amateur using dull blades! The cuts were ragged and the corners over cut, frayed, or uneven.
I am happy to recommend the frames themselves, but I can't recommend paying for custom mats unless the service improves.

I will not be doing business with your company again, It has been over a week since I received a damaged shipment. I have provided photos of the damage as requested. To date, I have not had ANY communication or follow-up from your office. I will posting reports of this lousy customer experience on social media to prevent others from similar debacles with your company.
