This is a simple, beautiful frame. It's not too heavy, nor too light. Real glass in the 10x13 version. I had a puzzle with unconventional dimensions and decided to get this frame. The frame is a nice color of grey..not griege or some such, grey. I like that the frame itself just frames the pic but doesn't overwhelm it. The frame was very well packaged and the box arrived without any dents or cave ins. Using ArtToFrames was a good experience and I received a wood frame for the price of a plastic frame sold elsewhere.

I ended up not using the plexiglass, there’s 3 windows in my room and the glare was too much. Otherwise the frame is very pretty.

Fits perfectly

The customer service is second to none! The one time I had an issue with a cracked pane of glass, they replaced it right away. The orders are usually delivered within a couple days of the order being placed too. All but 7 frames on this wall are from ArtToFrames

Color and size was as ordered. Came in a timely manner. Very satisfied.

The frame looks great, and the quality is great too

Received 2 beautiful frames; however, the outside corners are gap filled with a black paste like filler that stains everything it touches and smears stain when trying to remove. Difficult to remove from hands and clothing, newly painted wall needs to be repainted. Placed frames on furniture, before I knew of the stain filler issue, while preparing to hang, now furniture is also stained and just smears when trying to clean!
