The frame is nice quality, but it is a completely different color than shown (I bought the gold one.) It's more of a darker brown/gold versus a champagne colored gold. If you're looking for a lighter gold-colored frame, I wouldn't recommend this.

Real wood picture frame. Well made & sturdy. Much better than the “engineered wood “ frames that are all I see at my local store.

The item I received was not what was described. The item had two pictures where it supported the claim to be real solid oak wood. Within one picture it had a description of the item material stating it was oak wood, and another showed the frame’s wood crosscut. The actual frame is MDF, therefore the frame is NOT oak and would not have a wood crosscut. This is an overpriced MDF frame when I was looking for real oak wood. Complete misrepresentation of what they sell and so disappointing from a US company.

Pleasantly surprised by this puzzle frame. Bought for 1000 piece puzzle, measuring 24” x 18”. Used the Amazon product “Presto Peel and Stick Puzzle Saver”. The puzzle fit perfectly within frame. Color of frame purchased was gray oak. Packaged well, nice quality, and acrylic is very clear.

1,000 frame puzzle. Pokemon 2026- I got the puzzle at Walmart -it was a challenge out together. The frame for this is perfect, glue and place on our wall.

Frame looks nothing like the sample depicted. I bought the cream 8x10, and it has a very thin frame with no matting. The frame was going to be for a formal portrait, but would look ridiculous - worth 1/3 of the price.

Nice frames and shipping price better than it was for awhile.

10/10 recommend!!! My son committed suicide on 9/29/25 and I'm making him a memorial wall in my house… My second frame is on the way for his next canvas and I wouldn't trust anyone else to frame my baby! I'm now a lifetime customer
