Very bad quality, and it looks nothing like the picture. I returned it but was charged a mystery "return shipping" fee. There was no explanation for how the "return shipping" fee was calculated, and I ended up with less than half of what I paid for the item.

I don’t know why I’ve ever tried any other picture frames. These are just as beautiful in real life as they are in the photos. I’ve never been disappointed, the prices are great, and they have REAL glass!! From now on this is my ‘go to’ for picture frames. This is my 5th frame from this seller.

This is a surprisingly crummy frame for $50. I recognize that 22x26 may be an uncommon dimension but still, this was advertised as hand made, in the US, etc so I expected some level of quality. Instead, it is MDF (fake wood) which is only painted on the front side of the frame, the frame corners are stapled together and it uses those finger-destroying bendable clips to hold the picture in place. Just as a comparison, I also bought a 15x21 frame from Michaels art supplies for $25 and it is actual wood, fully painted, glass front and uses twistable clips (less finger-destroying).

I like how beautiful it turned out. I had doubts at first since it was pricey but now I feel I like it.

I had odd size prints that I wanted to mat and frame and you made the process so easy. I submitted the size I needed along with my color selections. The next day I had a response with a link showing exactly what I requested. In a couple of days I received my order. It is perfect. Thank you for making this happen so quickly.
