I’m really happy with this 20x28 ArtToFrames wood frame. The build quality is solid, the finish looks clean and elegant, and it feels sturdy once hung. The sizing was accurate, and my artwork fit perfectly without any gaps or warping. It’s a reliable, well?made frame that looks great on the wall.

Great solid wood frame. Arrived before expected date. A point off for no hardware.

I've ordered many times from Art to Frame and never had an issue with quality. The product image on the website appeared to be a medium matte grey, but this frame is a light silver color. The corners have loose joints, showing a gap at each corner. There's also a chip near one of the corners (see photo).

Disappointed. Frame dimensions were unclear. Some frame dimensions are the entire frame, some are the inner dimensions. I chose incorrectly, tried to return. The return would cost me over $25.00 so I guess I'm keeping it (reluctantly)

Mat dimensions are not true to measure! Doesn't fit inside the same manufacturer's frame! Had to trim 1/4 (enough of an error to indicate a poor initial cut) so it wouldn't buckle in the frame. The stars are for the packaging. *That* is sensational!

The frame looks good and the packaging was nearly bomb proof. But some of the finish (paint? stain?) rubbed off on my fingers pretty easily while I handled it. Thankfully I noticed this before I grabbed the (very white) print I bought the frame for.

The frame is nice, but plexiglass was broken. No way to get a new plexiglass without returning the whole frame.

Purchase this to put a puzzle in as a Christmas gift turned out really nice. I’ll buy it again for the next puzzle. I put together as a gift.

Don’t be fooled by the natural/ real wood look in the picture that they advertise. Read the description. It is particle board/pressed wood with a contact paper wood grain wrap. That said quality is good for the actual materials used.
