The frames are lovely and came well packaged. They are true to size but not as reddish tint as described on the website. The hand painted portraits of Sadie look great in the frames. My only issue was that 1 frame had black stuff on the back which got on my top when I opened up the frame.

Square mats for my artwork always have to be custom and acid-free and Art to Frame does a beautiful job every time. I come back again and again!

I have ordered so many frames but I would not recommend these ones. They seem like something you would buy at the dollar store.Everything else I have ordered has been great, just not these.

Looks like damage happened when boards were cut.

I am very happy with how my frames turned out. I selected with traditional mahogany frame with 3 mats. My center picture was a 14”x18” but with the 3 mats and dimensions of the frame, the total dimensions came out to 21”x25”.

If you are framing a portrait, especially an antique one, I HIGHLY recommend using mats. Does it cost a little extra? Yes. But you will be happy you did it. Not only does it enhance the appearance and make it more impressive, but it also helps better protect the image.

In addition, they packaged the frames exceptionally well. I can feel confident that the next time I order from them that my frames will not arrive broken. 10/10 would recommend ArtToFrame!
