Fits perfect, excellent hardware for hanging

I should have read the instructions before I hit the "send" button on my order as I didn't realize that the upload of the pic would mean that it would arrive as the final framed order. This meant that I had to remove the entire image -the triple-mat and plexiglass-to open the "window" for my image. After a few broken fingernails and the resultant cursing the final image now hangs on my wall.

Very nice frame, complete unit , very high quality, I am very pleased with all aspects of the sale and product.

My canvas painting fit easily and perfectly in the 9 x12 frame. The frame is beautiful and the glass came intact because it was packed very well.

Nice light weight frame. The outside of the frame is wrapped in material, so not actual wood, it is sturdy though. It comes well packaged from the manufacturer and the clear plexiglass is protected on both sides. There is a package with the hanging wire and screws which were easily installed. I probably could have gotten a smaller frame than a 12x16 for my photos, but they still fit well and it still looks good. Very happy with the finished project.

This frame is absolutely gorgeous and looks like it’s expensive. It’s a good value for the quality. The frame arrived in pristine condition and is ready to hang. The glass and frame are thick and look elegant. I’m thrilled with the overall size and how eye-catching it is. It’s simple, yet impressive.
