I'm happy they were able to accommodate the odd size, 18" x 34" which I used for a large diamond painting. The back is a little flimsy (there are flexible metal strips that you bend over the cardboard to hold the picture in place and it's just not very stable). I keep worrying that the picture will pop out. I'll have to find a surface to rest it on as I'm not confident it can be hung safely.

Very happy with this frame. Frame was constructed well. Hanging hardware is included, but not pre-attached. Plex had peelable, protective plastic on both sides so puzzle went into frame with no packing debris sticking to anything. Would recommend.

I was a bit hesitant due to there not being that many reviews. But I placed a custom request for three larger mats anyhow. I received a notification that my mats had been customized and they arrived quickly after. I am super happy with the work and price, especially compared to other places. Thank you!

Wasn’t hard to put up and looks good

Used to frame a 40x70 Diamond Painting and it worked wonderfully. It does NOT come with a mat however. So I used a piece of poster board that I cut down to fit with a razor knife.

Very pretty frame! Easy to install as well.
