I ordered two panels. One was fine but the other was all unfinished rough edges on all the ruffles. I’ve contacted their customer support. Will update once I have heard back. Quality control would have prevented this. Every single edge was like this.

Matting leaves a little to be desired, tricky to get it positioned correctly and disappointed the hanging equipment wasn't pre-installed.

Minor damage on the frame, overall good quality

The Color, the shaping and molding, and cutting/sizing of it are all perfect!

First you send me a frame without a photo. Then you send me a photo sized AND CUT to the opening of the opening matting rather than sized to the matting and cut to the size of the frame. Third, the matting doesn't properly align from one side to the other. I'm probably having a new printing done elsewhere. This is acceptable if visitors don't look too closely at it, but it's not great. Is this your first time at this?

The conservation reflection control acrylic is perfect for my needs. It looks great and is competitively priced.
