Great quality bulletin board. I got a second one for my younger daughter after I saw how great the quality was. Much much better than the cheap store brand! Definitely worth the investment. The hanging hardware (and leveler) were a. Great bonus too.

Terrible customer service. The product was poor quality and when I tried to return it, they wouldn’t cover the cost of shipping it back and tried to give me a partial refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

Welp, as luck would have it, I have a beautiful frame. Real wood. Excellent craftsmanship. Great color. However I finally got around to putting it on and I cracked my TV while moving it on my own like I was still 26 or something. It looked absolutely marvelous for a few moments. My one complaint is the banding in the paint job.

Not true to size. No matter how I measure it. The thing I bought it for will not fit. And I allowed 1 inch wiggle room on each side. If measured inside to inside of frame it is not 14x21 and if measured outside of frame to outside its not 14x21. It is smaller.

The product was heavier duty and sturdier than I expected. Comes with hardware but haven't put it up yet and have a feeling may end going to hardware when I go to hang it.

I am disappointed because I have bought from this seller before and was satisfied. But this time around there were paint drips on the picture frame and every time I touch it I have white marks that rub off on my fingers. I have had it for a few months now and still every time I handle it paint comes off.

Last review got deleted. I wonder how that happened. Don’t waste your money.

I've used this company for many years and have always loved their frames. I usually get black so it was wonderful to see how well this gold frame complemented my chameleon painting.

Cheap plastic, not glass. conveniently doesn't mention that clearly anywhere. you also need to pay return postage if after you receive this cheap imitation of a frame you realize your mistake and want to send it back. don't be me. go buy a better frame.
