The design looks nice, perfect for checking the look before buying.

Only order if you are sure it is exactly what you want. This is not real wood - it is flimsy thin frame. Returning it is not possible. The shipping to return it is not covered by Amazon return policy and costs more than the product. I was told $170 to return it thru UPS. And the company said it would cost me $57 to return thru them. So basically wasted $60 for a product I can’t use. They need to state that the shipping is not covered!!!!

Nice and sturdy photo frame for diamond paintings

The glass has a chip in it! I’m not happy at all! Also it says it would fit an 8x10 picture with the mat & it’s too big! So stupid!? The second frame I just opened is also damaged! It has a crack on the corner of the frame! What a waste of money! Almost $50 & another $14 to ship them! Plus tax! Don’t waste your money buy from another company!

Does not look like wood . Looks and feels like plastic .Color not like the picture . Disappointing .

Frame is nice but received with small broken piece however I was able to use it and stick that piece in not noticeable

Quick and great service, exactly as expected.

My biggest gripe is this is NOT glass, as described. I read the reviews where other had said the same, but I went by the description instead. I was going to return it but I'm just going to buy glass for it. Other than that, it's okay, not great. Doesn't feel like wood, but apparently is because I got a splinter.
