Received this today. It has plastic wrapping to cover the plastic “glass”, which came dirty. The frame feels and looks cheap from the front and back. The mat is supposed to be black but has a white outline and is not fully black. I would return it if they weren’t charging almost the full amount I paid to return it. Paid for shipping, too. There are much better frames out there. Will have to pay more to get a better quality frame later.

This is a Christmas gift for my son and daughter in law, who got married over the summer, so it's not displayed yet. The picture and framing turned out beautifully. I'm looking forward to them opening it😊🎄

Corners of this frame looked like they were cut with a butter knife. They filled in with a sticky, gooey black material that got all over my hands and wasn't easy to wash off. When I returned it, they charged me a restocking fee. Don't waste your money.

I like the frame I should have read more and seen that it’s a plastic front not glass so big sad there. Also there are 2 spots with chips is the paint. And on the black paint there are very noticeable.

Nice product?? However, was sent to the wrong house!!! I had to walk the entire complex in the rain for 40 minutes to find it!!!!
