The product is made with cheap materials and has a film over the viewing surface that I couldn't remove making it useless

This product is of extremely poor quality and incredibly expensive. They make it extremely difficult to return it, and I still have it with me. I urgently need someone to respond to my request. Please refrain from purchasing this product; it is of very low quality.
