I do not recommend this product. For the price, I expected much higher quality, but that’s not what I received. The frame has a plain cardboard backing, and while it includes a small metal bracket for hanging, there’s no way to actually attach it—making it useless. To make matters worse, the return process was extremely disappointing. My refund subtotal was $41.31, but after $38.97 in return fees, I was left with only $2.34. Overall, this was not worth the cost or the hassle.

Beautiful rendition of a photograph. The image came out crystal clear, exactly how it was intended. Absolutely worth five stars and that’s what I give. The only thing they could do to improve is to reduce the very sharp edge of the metal by lightly filing it before they package and ship it. I am ordering two more for extended family.

The frame arrived promptly and in perfect condition. My 19.75” x 26.75” Buffalo Games Puzzle fit perfectly in the frame.

Wood is nice, picture holding hardware is super cheap. You have to physically bend and pry up the holders each time you want to use it.

Diamond art projects are beautiful to make but harder to display. I needed to order custom sized mats to show off their beauty. The pansies have a double mat, the other two designs were just single mats so I could change them out by month, season or holiday. The mats are beautiful! Lots of colors to choose from.

Very nice frames ordered 6 smaller ones last week,so far have ordered 10 frames in all - the packaging was very excellent and all frames were beautiful
