I ordered this affordable frame for a poster and it arrived cracked. It took a few emails but the seller was very responsive and after receiving photos of the broken frame, promptly sent me a replacement. It was easy to mount the poster and attached the wire for hanging, but some tools were needed. Buyer needs to know that this frame is particle board, not wood. Wood would be much more expensive.
