I loved this frame until tonight when I noticed a bubble on it from a distance. It is hung in a corner of our bedroom that isn't really noticed much, hasn't been touched since I put it up about a year ago. As I got close, I discovered it wasn't painted wood as I had assumed, but rather just wood wrapped in paper which is now completely coming off. So disappointed and feel ripped off. I've never heard of a frame being wrapped in paper to give it a particular color.

The mat arrived on time and is perfect for the picture! Very happy with it and will no doubt be back for more!

Comes with “economy acrylic” with the company’s logo printed all over it! Completely useless now I have to go find a 24/37 piece of glass to even use this frame, which should I mention came in a week late… Why sell a custom frame that is completely useless without glass or acrylic?? The box came damage and acrylic cracked as well, I wasn’t going to use it after seeing the logos, but felt I should mention 0-10

Excellent frame that goes well with the name picture we created a few years ago in Savannah, GA. It is sturdy. It looks great. Delivered just as it looked on the website. Great job!

It’s much darker in person, not a pretty gold but a darker color. Also came with chipping where the corners joined. Cheaper plastic frame

Absolutely love these frames that look so much more expensive than they are. They have a wonderful handmade vintage style that actually does well on modern prints too. This is the fourth one I have purchased in various sizes but always the same frame. I think this is a super product and saves you so much money over custom framing.
